For two decades, our lives revolved around the mining industry. It was a demanding but fulfilling chapter, yet after 20 years, we knew it was time for a change, a complete career pivot. That's when Trudi, a lifelong fitness enthusiast, and husband Mick had a brilliant idea: to design and open their own activewear store.

Trudi's vision was clear: to offer high-quality, affordable activewear. She'd also noticed a significant gap in the market – a lack of options for plus sizes. Driven by this observation, we made it our mission to fill that need, offering a comprehensive size range from Size 8 to Size 20. We truly believe that everyone deserves to feel confident and comfortable in their activewear, regardless of their shape or size.

Fast forward eight years, and our vision continues to evolve and flourish! We started small, doing pop-up shops, building connections and learning what our customers loved. Seven years ago, we proudly opened our very own brick-and-mortar store in Coolum Beach, a dream come true. More recently, we've expanded our reach to the vibrant Eumundi Markets on the Sunshine Coast, connecting with even more amazing individuals.

We're incredibly proud to have established a loyal following over the years. Many of our customers visit us again and again, whether in person at our stores or through our online shop. Their continued support means the world to us and fuels our passion to keep providing activewear that empowers and inspires.
